Chris Brigante
Executive Director of Family Promise Winchester

Chris Brigante is the Executive Director of Family Promise Winchester.  Originally from San Diego, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, San Diego with a bachelor's degree in Philosophy, with an emphasis in justice, law, and society.  He then attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2018.  While in law school, Chris worked with many public interest organizations throughout Philadelphia, including the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, Community Legal Services of Philadelphia, and the Defender Association of Philadelphia.  Additionally, during his third year in law school, Chris was the co-president of the Equal Justice Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to raising funds to help law students working in public interest positions pay for bar-exam related expenses.  After finishing law school, he began his career as a public defender in Virginia, working in the counties of Stafford, Prince William, Frederick, and Clarke.  Having left public defense, Chris has been at Family Promise Winchester Area since July of 2025.  When he is not working, he enjoys miniature painting and camping with his partner, Kiya.

Robin was hired as Family Promise Winchester's first Case Manager in April 2023.

She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in providing case management services.

She is very passionate about helping families with children who are unstably housed, whether 

in a motel, in a vehicle, or in a home that their family is about to lose.

Robin coordinates with schools, social service agencies, churches, other non-profits, etc.,

to connect families with the resources and support they need to break the cycle of homelessness.

​Emma Bridges​

Operations Coordinator/Financial Counselor

Emma began providing financial counseling services to families served by

Family Promise Winchester in April 2023 and  Operations Coordinator in May 2023.

She helps manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, as well as counsels

every family regarding their current financial situation, educates them on budgeting and 

financial management, and helps them set attainable goals that build

individual and family financial stability so they can secure and maintain safe, affordable

housing. Emma works alongside Robin to ensure financial stability, and helps families secure

safe, affodable housing  that is within their budget  to ensure long-term success.
