Chris Brigante
Executive Director of Family Promise Winchester

Chris Brigante is the Executive Director of Family Promise Winchester Area.  Originally from San Diego, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, San Diego with a bachelor's degree in Philosophy, with an emphasis in justice, law, and society.  He then attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2018.  Chris has worked with many public interest organizations throughout Philadelphia, including the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, Community Legal Services of Philadelphia, and the Defender Association of Philadelphia.  Chris served as Co-President of the Equal Justice Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to raising funds to help law students working in public interest positions pay for bar-exam related expenses.  After finishing law school, he began his career as a public defender in Virginia, working throughout the Commonwealth from Spotsylvania to Clarke County.  Having leaving public defense, Chris has been at Family Promise Winchester Area since July of 2025.  When he is not working, he enjoys miniature painting and camping with his partner, Kiya.

Dana Rousselin

Case Manager

Dana is a Case Manager with Family Promise, supporting families as they work toward stable housing. She meets with families to understand their challenges, brainstorm solutions together, and create plans that fit each family’s goals and strengths. Dana takes a client-led approach, offering guidance and encouragement while advocating for the families she serves. She is committed to helping families build lasting stability and feel supported in their community.  Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and her faith community.

Emma Bridges has provided budget counseling to Family Promise Winchester Area clients since 2023. She works with families to develop realistic financial goals that support individual and household stability. Emma collaborates closely with case management staff to help families secure and maintain safe, affordable housing that aligns with their budget and promotes long-term housing stability.
