Family Promise Winchester Area relies on community volunteers to support families experiencing housing instability as they work toward safe and stable housing. We welcome individuals and groups who want to make a meaningful, hands-on impact.

Current volunteer needs include:

• Administrative & Office Support – assisting with data entry, organization, and general office tasks

• Interviews & Intakes – helping families complete intake paperwork and initial screenings

• Family Outreach & Support – delivering food from local food banks, hosting family activities such as painting or game nights, and helping coordinate holiday support including Christmas gifts

• Events & Community Engagement – assisting with outreach events, fundraisers, and community awareness efforts

Training and support are provided, and opportunities are available for both short-term and ongoing involvement.
